For repair, diagnostic, mail-in, IT, audio, software, or malware/forensic service, contact GRIDWORKS ELECTRONICS™ first with details about the device, issue, symptoms, and any previous repair attempts.

Include if possible:

  • Device type, brand, and model
  • What happened before the issue started
  • Current symptoms
  • Photos of the device, board, port, or damage
  • Any prior repair attempts
  • Whether the device powers on

Contact first before shipping. Do not mail devices without service approval and instructions.
